IMPORTING DATA TO INSIGHT TRADER CHARTING PROGRAM

These instructions supplied, with thanks, from Bern Chapman - Insight Trader.

At this stage it is assumed that your data files have been downloaded into the folder C:\WINIT\ENDOFDAY. Once Insight Trader is opened select
Utilities/Datacapture from the main menu and then press the Go button on the
Datacapture window that appears.

(i) If you have previously set up Datacapture for single file processing
then enter the Filename to process eg

it20020129.txt

in the box provided and press OK.

(ii) If you have previously set up Datacapture to process a Date range then
enter the Starting date to process in the top box as eg

290102

and leave the Finish date blank. Press OK and all dates from 29 Jan to the
present will be processed.
